By accessing or using Cadence, operated by RateGuard LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
Cadence provides off-duty scheduling, staffing, time tracking, billing, and related tools for public safety agencies, businesses, and officers.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, upload false or fraudulent documents, or use Cadence for unlawful purposes.
5. Payments and fees
Cadence may charge platform fees, processing fees, or other charges as described in your agency settings or the pricing page. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cadence at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateGuard LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Cadence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
