Agencies keep 100% of the officer pay they set. Cadence adds a service fee of 5% to 9% to the business's bill — the rate drops as your billed volume grows.

The officer rate your agency sets is untouched. The service fee is added on top of the approved quote so the business always sees the full amount before it books.
Once the quote is accepted, the business's card is authorized. After hours are reviewed and locked, the final amount is charged — more hours bill the difference, fewer hours release it.
Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by Cadence. Receipts go to the business, invoices go to the agency.
No. Officers never pay to use Cadence and their pay is not reduced by the service fee.
No setup fee and no minimum. If no jobs are billed in a month, there is nothing to pay.
Your rate is based on the total amount billed through Cadence over the previous month, and it adjusts automatically as volume grows.
Standard card processing costs are included in the service fee — there is no separate line item.
